Seabrook's Neighborhoods

Seabrook Island is a private Club located on a private island behind a private security gate. Visitors are attracted to Seabrook by 3 miles of peaceful beach, highly regarded golf and tennis facilities, miles of creeks, rivers and salt marsh, the incredible bird and animal life, plus Seabrook’s close proximity to historic Charleston.

The Beach Club - Brand New Club Facilities!

The Beach Club, the center of Seabrook’s oceanfront activity is a great venue for families and friends. And, the facilities are brand new! The awaited Grand Openings occured in May 2009. *Please note that dress and decorum rules apply. Credit or debit cards are preferred to cash in all Pro Shops and Dining venues.

The new Beach Club pools are open and thriving. There are daily poolside activities and an array of aquatics programs. Whether it’s a workout or just a refreshing dip, the Club’s pools have what you need.

Seabrook is a wonderful destination for family vacations. ResortQuest offers a variety of villa, cottage and private home accommodations within walking or biking distance of the oceanside Club facilities. In addition to swimming and playing on the beach and at the Beach Club, children enjoy hours of entertainment in Kid’s Club and at the Recreation Pavilion. During the summer season, there are special children’s and family recreation program for guests.

Pelican's Nest is the dining venue of choice for Summer Season '09 and into the Fall until the Island House restaurant reopens. Pelican's Nest opens for lunch at 11:00 a.m. and does not close in the evening until the last diner departs. Also be sure to visit the golf clubhouse for Seabrook’s two championship courses, Oceanwinds and Crooked Oaks.

And, don't miss searching for that perfect souvenier at the new Seabrook Shoppe. Perfect for picking up beach sundries, too. Open Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Also, checkout the value-added discounts that ResortQuest Privileges (RQP) offers for ResortQuest guests at numerous area venues and attractions.

North Beach Area

Seabrook Island Road runs along the ocean from the Beach Club to the North Beach neighborhood. We offer several attractive private homes for rent here. North Beach offers an amazing stretch of Atlantic beach and a unique conservation area and dunes habitat going all the way to the inlet, supporting a wonderful array of birdlife and wildlife.

Tennis Club & Palmetto Lake Area & Equestrian Center

For land based activities, this neighborhood includes Seabrook’s highly-rated Tennis Club, Equestrian Centers and new Community & Fitness Center which is currently under construction. The current Fitness Center's equipment will soon transition to the exciting new Lake House facility. The existing Fitness Center buildign will become a support facility for Ocean Terrace. It will house restrooms, changing rooms and storage for banquet furnishings. In addition, this area is just a short bike ride from Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Village, the exciting new shopping and dining destination just outside Seabrook’s entry gate. Bohicket Marina Village

Located right on Seabrook, Bohicket Marina Village provides access to some of the most environmentally pristine waters on the Eastern Seaboard. The Marina offers scenic water tours, sailing tours and a full range of offshore and inshore fishing options. You can rent a powerboat or kayak, charter a sailboat, or take a boat cruise to explore local creeks, rivers and waters. Bohicket also has shops offering gifts, artwork, sportswear, nautical items, plus great local dining and a sports bar. We have a limited number of waterfront villas for rent next to the Marina.
