When can you book golf tee times?
Call our Golf Coordinator to set up advance tee times on any of the 18 area golf courses we offer. Get the latest on course conditions, scheduled maintenance and tee time availability. We offer a wide variety of courses to suit the needs of a beginner to the most advanced golfers. Call your advance tee time requests in early to

Should we rent bikes and equipment before arrival?
To guarantee availability and delivery, it is advisable to order at least two weeks prior to your arrival. To reserve bikes and other equipment, fill out a Pre-Arrival Equipment Order Form, visit our website www.ResortQuestSeabrook.com or call 1-800-877-0837 for recommendations and assistance.
Can we rent childcare items?
Yes, items like cribs and high chairs can be rented and delivered directly to your accommodations and picked up after departure. Crib linens are not included. Guest Services can provide information regarding our exclusive child care provider - Chautauqua.
What's included in our accommodations?
All accommodations offer central heating, air conditioning, and a fully-equipped kitchen including dinnerware, flatware, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and a microwave oven. Telephone, VCR and/or DVD player, AM/FM radio, washer, dryer and color cable TV are also standard. Starter sets of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing and laundry detergent are also provided. Bed linens and bath towels are initially provided. Extra items/supplies and daily maid service are available for a fee.
What items should we bring?
We suggest you bring beach towels, coffee filters, salt and pepper, your favorite spices, tin foil, any special food products, as well as any personal items such as sunblock, shampoo, lotion, a hair dryer, etc. Replace anything you forget at Freshfields Village, where our Front Desk is located. You'll find an extraordinary food market, clothing, shoes, sporting goods, books, gifts, restaurants, a dry cleaner and more. There is also a General Store near Seabrook’s Security Gate.
Can we charter boats?
Guest Services can recommend several partners in the ResortQuest Privileges Program that provide charter fishing and nature tours. Kayak tours and rentals can best be arranged with several days advance notice.

Do you deliver groceries?
Yes, a local company can do your grocery shopping, including delivery and unpacking, prior to your arrival. For a Pre-Arrival Equipment Order/Grocery Delivery Form, visit our website ResortQuestSeabrook.com or call 1-800-877-0837.
Are pets allowed in our accommodations?
Yes, but not all properties allow pets, so please call the ResortQuest Reservations Department for more details on those properties allowing pets.
