Since 1985, ResortQuest’s
vacationing guests are automatically enrolled in the exclusive Comeback ClubSM program. Comeback ClubSM is designed to encourage guests to return
the next year.
Comeback ClubSM’s Benefits have been historically direct-mailed to
previous guests, typically between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day.
In recent years, the program has also been e-mailed. The deadline to book
a return visit is typically end of January or February of a new year.
Returning guests that book by phone or online, and get in their deposit
by the deadline, receive numerous advantages. If it is premature to lock-in
specific dates, ResortQuest can hold dates open. When plans and dates
are finalized, guests simply need to call the Reservations Toll-Free number
or book online inputting their Member Number and Promo Code in the “Special
Request” box to confirm space. ResortQuest will confirm the booking
with its applicable discounts within 24-hours. If plans change, deposits
are refundable with 21 days’ notice.
