Helpful Hints for Booking Online
We manage 160 homes and villas on Seabrook Island, so you are sure to
find a property that suites your needs. Because your time is valuable, here
are a few tips on how to use this website and book your reservation online:

Our units are rated on a scale that ranges from Bronze to Platinum. Find out more about our unit ratings. |

With the exception of most of our one bedroom properties, many of
our larger size properties rent Saturday to Saturday during the summer
and the weeks surrounding Easter. If you search for an arrival day
in the summer other than Saturday, without success, try adjusting
your dates to include a Saturday arrival or departure. |

When using the Property
Search or Advanced
Search functions, properties display in order from the highest
grade to the lowest grade. |

If your search returns too many properties to easily compare, try
the Advanced
Search. Drop-lists allow you to narrow your search criteria by
checking options that are really important to you (e.g. king bed,
pool Access, non-smoking, etc.). This feature will give you more refined
results and should help you zero in on the best choice. |

If your search does not return enough results, go back and limit
the number of options you’ve selected. |
| |
|
• |
As you scroll down through the search results, clicking ‘more
info’ may deliver you to the bottom of the property’s
detail page, so just scroll up to see photos and more details. |

To find a specific property, try the Alpha
Search. Homes and Villas are listed in alphabetical format. Clicking
a property will take you to its Detail Page with photos, full description
and Google map. |

2-Night Stays have a cleaning fee based on the size of the property.
This charge is not quoted in the rental rate but rather is added on
after booking. You can cancel your reservation within 72 hours of
our notifying you of the cleaning fee amount with no penalty. |
